Local Turf Deliveries - Direct From Farm

If you live local - TS, DL, SR, & DH you will be advised at the time of ordering if your turf will be delivered direct from the farm or via The Pallet Network

 

  • Direct deiiveries are made Monday to Saturday between 7.30am & 5.30 pm. 

 

  • The Wagon is in general the size of a bin wagon and the driver will unload the turf using a Moffett Mounty detachable fork lift attached to his truck

 

  • The driver will leave the turf in a safe & appropriate place

 

  • If & only if the customer invites the driver onto their property with the fork lift will the driver enter the premises.  By asking the driver to enter onto your property you are accepting that the forklift is heavy machinery and will bear no responsibility for any damage casued to property. i.e., manhole covers etc

  • If customer is not present, the driver will leave the turf in a safe and appropriate place

 

  • The driver is not responsible for carrying the turf to the rear of the property

Nationwide Delivery- Pallet Network

  • Turf is fresh cut to order for delivery - loaded late afternoon and delivered the next working day to ensure maximum freshness

 

  • Delivery is made using the Pallet Network Service and is kerbside only - hiab service on nationwide delivery is not available

 

  • Wagon will be the size of a bin wagon and need a flat surface to park on.  If you live on a hill or believe you have any access issues, please advise the office

  • Pallets will be off loaded from the rear of the wagon using a pallet truck.  The pallet truck cannot travel over grass, gravel or climb steps

 

  • The driver is not responsible for unloading the turf from the pallets and will not carry the turf onto the property 

  • Customer is responsible for disposing of the pallets & packaging

  • Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made on the date stated, the customer will accept that there are at times circumstances that will not allow this to happen.  Should this happen your delivery will be delivered as soon as the obstruction or incident is cleared.  For customers who have paid for an am/pm delivery that fails that slot then the customer shall be re-imbursed the extra surcharge incurred for that slot

 

  • As the goods are paid for, the customer can request the goods to be left in an appropriate place if they will not be present at the delivery.  However,  should the goods be placed in the wrong place, the customer will have no come back on the haulier

 

It is the customers responsibility to inform GravelGirlWorld of any access issues that may impede the delivery i.e., live on a steep hill, narrow roads, gravel roads, restricted access, weight restriction.  No refund will be given if non-delivery is due to failure to advise.
